Prepare the product facts

   Select the organization, workspace, product, listing and visible variant.

   Confirm brand, color, size, packaging and other buyer-visible attributes from current catalog evidence.

   Import CSV/XLSX when an API connection is not available; marketplace API credentials are optional for file import.

Add sources and rights evidence

   Upload authorized PNG or JPEG files and choose main, detail, packaging or lifestyle roles.

   Record whether each source is owned, licensed or AI-created and keep a useful rights reference.

3. 3

   Remove buyer data, credentials and unrelated personal information before upload.

Create the set

Use deterministic resizing, background removal and upscaling for repeatable preparation. When enabled for the workspace, Yasnora image tools can edit or generate a requested composition. Templates and brand kits keep approved styling consistent across bounded batches without changing product facts.

Validate and review

   Run the effective marketplace and country policy revision for the intended publication date.

2. 2

   Resolve blocking findings and inspect warnings, crop, text, identity, rights and visual quality.

3. 3

   Approve, reject or request a revision. A newer version never silently replaces an approved asset.

Export and measure

Export only approved images in the controlled ZIP package. Outcome Analytics can compare bounded before-and-after evidence for a known published revision, but association is not causation and missing or contaminated data remains explicit.
