Import owned-store orders and costs
Load CSV, TSV, or native Excel files through mapping, preview, reconciliation, and explicit commit.
Prerequisites and path
- 1
Open Channel Economics → Owned-store imports in an entitled workspace.
- 2
Prepare a CSV, TSV, or .xlsx file up to 16 MB with stable order, line, entry, source, date, SKU, status, amount, and currency identifiers where applicable.
- 3
For Excel, select the intended worksheet. For delimited files, confirm UTF-8 or the displayed encoding and delimiter.
Preview before commit
- 1
Map required and optional columns, then preview without publishing financial rows.
- 2
Resolve rejected rows, duplicate identifiers, cross-file cost warnings, status mapping, signs, dates, and currency issues.
- 3
Compare order, SKU, day, campaign, or cost-type totals with an independent source export before committing.
- 4
Commit only the reviewed snapshot. Re-uploading the same stable records must not duplicate the ledger.
Expected result and recovery
A successful commit creates immutable import lineage and updates observed owned-channel orders or known costs. It does not certify missing expenses or replace manual scenario assumptions automatically.
If totals differ, inspect rejected rows, source ID, selected sheet, recognition status, corrections, date range, and checksum. Correct the source and import a new revision; do not edit committed evidence in place.
