Live API connections

Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market, Uzum and Kaspi have read-only API connections. Available data depends on the marketplace and token permissions. Yandex Market imports store identity, catalog mappings, prices, stock, orders, promotions and reports on sales, returns, services, payments and reconciliation. Uzum additionally supplies finance orders, expenses, returns and invoices; Kaspi supplies orders, entries and the status history exposed by its Shop API.

Connect Yandex Market

   Create a Yandex Market Partner API key with access to offers and cards, pricing, stock, orders, promotions, and financial reports required by the analytics datasets you want to sync.

   Open Marketplace connections → Yandex Market and enter the campaign ID, business ID, and API key from the same seller account.

   ProfitVena encrypts the API key in Yandex Lockbox and never displays it again.

   Start the initial 30-day sync and monitor campaign, catalog, prices, stock, and orders separately.

Troubleshooting

• Campaign ID, business ID, and API key must belong to the same seller account.
• Confirm the key has the required read-only scopes; a missing scope remains an explicit permission error.
• Check the dataset status and retry time before starting another sync.
• Give support the provider, time, request ID, and error code; never send the API key.
