Connect Google Sheets, InSales, or a Store API
Use workspace-controlled read-only sources and signed events without treating acceptance as financial publication.
Check availability first
Each connector has its own plan entitlement, workspace activation, role, credential custody, and source-acceptance state. If its control is absent, use an accepted CSV or Excel export instead; absence does not mean zero data.
Google Sheets
- 1
Authorize the dedicated read-only ProfitVena connector and choose one spreadsheet, named sheet, and bounded range.
- 2
Refresh to create a revisioned snapshot, then map, preview, and explicitly commit it through the same import controls as a file.
- 3
Review freshness and changed revisions. Disconnect and revoke access when the source is no longer owned or approved.
InSales and Store API
- 1
For InSales, submit a read-only store connection through the protected credential review and verify the initial period before recurring polling.
- 2
For another store or cart, create a sandbox Store API source, retain the one-time secret, sign bounded event batches, and use stable event, order, line, revision, and idempotency identifiers.
- 3
Check receipt status, replay and quota results, then reconcile qualified order and financial events before explicit publication. Rotate or revoke credentials after ownership change or suspected exposure.
